The Program

You fly to West Palm Beach, Florida and we pick you up at the PBI airport and whisk you to our office where we perform an intake and promptly have you meeting with our doctor for medical assessment and to obtain the necessary medications needed to get your detox started. 

You are then taken to your deluxe hotel accomodations where you are free to relax.  All of the amenities you will require including restaurants, drug store and shopping are all in walking distance of our offices and your hotel. You can attend up to as many as 12 hours of group therapy sessions and a minimum of 2 individual therapy sessions with certified addiction specialists over the course of your stay depending on your arrival date.  During your stay we will assist you in setting up a support network in your local area and provide a host of support materials to assist you. 

Towards the end of your stay, you will see the doctor one final time and you will recieve prescriptions for a regimen of detoxification medications.  For the remainder of your detox at home the doctor or our pharmacy will overnight medications to you. You will be assigned a detox coach who will be available to assist you in your detox.  Methadone detox patients may be required to stay additional time.

At the end of your 4 day stay, you are transported to the PBI airport to embark on your new road to recovery.  Your detox coach will be available by cell phone and email until your detox is completed.

Telephone Intake Interview

A confidential telephone interview is conducted by one of our qualified staff members.  The detox program, travel arrangements and the fee structure are all discussed.  A preliminary assessment is also conducted and the patient is evaluated to determine if you are eligible for the "Fly-in" Out-Patient Detox Program.

Travel Arrangements

We assist you in making travel arrangements including airline, hotel, ground transportation etc. We are located just a few miles from West Palm Beach (PBI) International Airport.
