Out-Of-Towner Fly-In Detox Program
New Beginnings Detox (NBD) now offers an affordable "Fly-In" detox program for those not living in the greater West Palm Beach area. Our revolutionary approach and is an alternative to lengthy "in-patient" detoxification centers and addiction treatment programs. Only a brief stay as little as one day is all that is necessary. In many cases any follow up treatment can be handled with telephone consults and over-nighting medications to your home. All of our locations are in close proximity of quality hotels so that you will be very close to our clinic.

The Program
You fly to West Palm Beach, Florida and we either arrange for your transport or in many cases, patients rent a car from the PBI airport. You come directly to our office where we perform your intake and promptly have you meeting with our staff for medical assessment and to obtain the necessary medications needed to get your detox started. We know your have had a long trip, and that you may not be feeling too well, so we will medicate you immediately upon arrival if necessary.
You are then free to go to your hotel accommodations where you are free to relax. All of the amenities you will require including restaurants, and shopping are all a short distance of our offices and your hotel, and in our Royal Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie locations just steps away.
You have the option to attend as many group therapy sessions as possible over the course of your stay. Our groups are facilitated by Certified Addiction Specialists (CAP) During your stay we will assist you in setting up a support network in your local area and provide a host of support materials to assist you. You also have the option of individual therapy sessions during your stay.
You will see the Physician or Physician's Assistant (PA-C) as many times as is necessary and you will receive prescriptions for a regimen of detoxification medications. All medications are dispensed right from our clinic. For the remainder of your detox at home, we will overnight medications to you. You will be assigned a detox coach who will be available to assist you in your detox. Methadone detox patients may be required to stay additional time. At the end of your stay, you return to the PBI airport to embark on your new road to recovery. Your detox coach will be available by cell phone and email until your detox is completed.

Many of our patients choose to turn their visit into a mini vacation. You are but a few minutes from the ocean and all that Palm Beach County and South Florida has to offer. We recommend that you travel with a support person that can assist you in the detox process. Having a support person provides the patient someone that can manage medications, help transport patient to clinic and give the extra support and accountability that will be helpful during the detox process.

The detox program, travel arrangements and the fee structure are all discussed. A preliminary assessment is also conducted and the patient is evaluated to determine if you are eligible for the "Fly-in" Out-Patient Detox Program.
Travel Arrangements
We assist you in making travel arrangements including airline, hotel, ground transportation etc. We are located just a few miles from West Palm Beach (PBI) International Airport.
