NBRC, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida offers detoxification and substance abuse treatment exclusively on an outpatient basis. That means you detox and recover on your terms without leaving your job, family, or home. You aren't required to take up residence with us, and we will be at your beckon call with as much  – or as little – hands-on support as you desire. Our Personal Detox^TM Program lets you detox from drugs or alcohol safely and comfortably at home without a confining and costly residential stay. During this independent detoxification program, your progress and any withdrawal symptoms are monitored by our professional staff on an outpatient basis. This detox program improves your chances of achieving a sustained recovery from drugs and alcohol through the use of powerful FDA-approved addiction medications. Our Guided Recovery^TM Program is for those struggling with drug dependency or alcoholism who can benefit from an Intensive Outpatient therapy-based program but do not require detoxification.  Outpatient care allows you to return home at the end of every program day and take comfort in the familiarity of your own home and family.  Treatment plans can be tailored to your schedule, and it can be as limited or intense as you would like.  Learn about Guided Recovery^TM or contact NBRC.

Our Intensive Detox Program^TM combines the freedom, flexibility and safe medical care of our Personal Detox^TM Program with the Intensive Outpatient Counseling of our Guided Recovery Program^TM. You detox at home while also sharing your experiences with others through group counseling in a safe and secure environment. NBRC offers all of the above programs for both adults and adolescents. 

NBRC offers a full range of Mental Health Services. This includes Individual Psychotherapy , Marriage and Family Therapy, Mood and Eating disorders, and Co-Dependency Counseling. Frequently these mental health issues can lie at the root of addiction and substance dependency. Working through these in therapy may help in the recovery process.

NBRC offers a variety of Psychiatric Services from Evaluation and Follow Up Treatment. Psychiatric Services are utilized to treat patients with Dual Diagnosis Disorder, or Co-Occurring Disorder. Frequently mental health disorders can lie underneath and in some cases fuel substance dependency. Some of the therapies utilized include Psychotherapy, Bio-Feedback Therapy, Hypnosis Therapy and Medication Management

All patients enrolled in our programs, have the option for a no cost Psychiatric Evaluation performed by a Board Certified Psychiatric staff member in addition to the basic services of each program.  Ongoing Psychiatric Services are also an option for our patients.

So now those that have struggled with depression, anxiety or any other co-occurring disorder, have the opportunity to get the substance dependency and the underlying psychiatric issues treated concurrently.
