The 24 hour 12 Session Group Therapy Program component provides a blend of psychoeducational information, psychodynamic therapy, process groups and video programming. A sample of the topics covered would be pharmacology, family systems, defensive mechanisms, relapse prevention, an introduction to the 12 steps, identifying relapse triggers and family roles. At NBD we believe that it is essential to couple therapy with drug detoxification to achieve a drug free life.
Our groups meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This program includes (2) two hour groups per week for 6 weeks.
This 12 Session Group Package is also available to those who do not need detoxification, but want the benefit of being in a healthy group environment. The pricing for the 12 Session Group Package without detoxification is extremely affordable.
